This end user licence agreement applies to the QuickBooks data connector operated by Testlane Limited.
1. Scope. The application copies accounting data from QuickBooks Online companies that an authorised administrator has connected, into a reporting warehouse operated for those companies. Use is limited to the connected companies and their advisers.
2. Authorisation. By connecting a company you confirm that you are authorised by that company to grant read access to its QuickBooks data for reporting purposes.
3. Read-only. The application does not write to QuickBooks. Reports produced from the copied data are management information and not a substitute for the books of record in QuickBooks.
4. Intuit. QuickBooks and the Intuit API are provided by Intuit Inc. under its own terms. Testlane Limited is not affiliated with Intuit.
5. Liability. The application is provided as is for the connected companies. To the extent permitted by law Testlane Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
6. Termination. Either party may end use at any time by disconnecting the application; the privacy policy describes what happens to the data.
